Return

All return is subject to the RMA return policies. Software product is not refundable and cannot be returned. Return will only be accepted within 14 days of purchase. Return is only accepted when in "NEW" re-saleable condition with original box unmarked and subject to restocking charge as described in the ：RMA Return Policies； section. All returns are to be applied on future purchase.

Warranty

All warranty is subject to the RMA return policies. Unless specified on the invoice otherwise, all products are sold without warranty. All the warranty is "Returned to Depot" warranty. The warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse or physical damage. There is no implied warranty that the products will fit any particular purpose. TechRider will not, whether expressed or implied, be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our products.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

All DOA is subject to the RMA return policies. DOA product must be reported to TechRider within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

RMA Return Policies (Return of Merchandise Authorization)

There is a restocking fee for returned products or for any products returned as defective that have no problems. The restocking fee is 15% of the purchase price or $25.00, whichever is more. Prior to shipping a product back to TechRider, an RMA number must be obtained from TechRider. TechRider reserves the right to refuse any request to issue RMA numbers. All RMA shipments must be prepaid, collect shipment will be refused. In order to process your RMA promptly, all RMA must be shipped with the following: A copy of the original invoice showing the serial number of the products. A brief note describing the problem. The product and all manuals, accessories and original packaging. The RMA number clearly visible on the outside the shipping box. (Note: DO NOT write the RMA number on the product display box, but rather, on the outside of a separate shipping box.)

In addition to the foregoing requirements, the following conditions will also apply:

We require at least 48 hours to test return. If the RMA product is under the coverage of warranty, we will pay the cost of returning the RMA goods to you. If the RMA product is not under the coverage of warranty, we will charge you a shipment cost of returning the RMA goods to you, in addition to the RMA service cost. Improper packaging, physical damage, defacing of the product or alteration of serial numbers will void all warranties. Any products returned for warranty that are found to be non-defective (or damaged as a result of misuse-including static discharge) will be shipped back to customer collect.

Limitation of Liability

In the event that a product・s malfunction leads to damage or injuries to the product, to Buyer・s business, to the end-user・s business, to other equipment, or residence, or to employees or to other persons, TechRider shall not be liable for such damages or injuries. Buyer understands and agrees that if TechRider shall be found liable for loss or damage caused by failure of TechRider to perform any of TechRider・s obligations hereunder or the failure of the product in any respect whatsoever, TechRider・s liability shall be limited to the price paid for such product, and this liability shall be exclusive. Buyer understands and agrees that the provisions or this section shall apply if loss or damage, irrespective of cause or origin, results directly or indirectly to persons or property, from performance or non-performance of any of TechRider・s obligations or from negligence, active or otherwise, of TechRider or its agents, servants, assignees or employees. IN NO EVENT SHALL TECHRIDER INFORMATION BE LIABLE FOR AMOUNTS REPRESENTING INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Collection Costs

Buyer shall pay any and all collection costs, including reasonable attorneys・ fees and costs incurred by TechRider Information.
